Juggled the soccer ball 33 times and then 36 times in a row this morning. For non-soccer players who don't understand the terminology, juggling is using your a part of your body other than your hands to keep the ball airborne. I used my feet. (I may have cheated and used a thigh to save it once or twice.) Skilled players should be able to juggle the ball using only their feet for long periods of time keeping the ball below
knee-level. Requires a lot of ball control, or
touch. it's a good drill for improving your touch too.
